New Problem-based Learning Book Launched 10.11.10

A new book on problem-based learning was launched in UCD on 5th November. New Approaches to Problem-based Learning; Revitalising Your Practice in Higher Education edited by Terry Barrett and Sarah Moore was published by Roultedge in New York in September 2010.

This book will give readers many new ideas for designing and implementing problem-based learning (PBL) in their disciplines. There are chapters written by UCD problem-based learning practitioners in addition to academics from ten countries. This publication is part of the Enquiry and Problem-based Learning Project led by UCD and funded by the Higher Education Authority. The book is available in the campus bookshop.
