College Teaching Awards 2010-11 Presented 24.05.11

The third round of College Teaching Awards were presented on 23rd May in the Contemplative Space in the Quinn School of Business.

Professor Maurice Boland who was representing UCD President, Dr Hugh Brady at the event, commended the recipients for their demonstrable strengths in teaching excellence.   He also noted that the Teaching Awards structure, which is now an established part of UCD’s strategy for recognising and rewarding teaching excellence, could count amongst previous recipients:  the next President of Maynooth and all three of the recently appointed Teaching Fellows.
