Áine leads the team in UCD Teaching and Learning and contributes to the development of policies and practices that enhance the UCD learning environment. She works closely with the Dean of Undergraduate Studies and the Vice Principals for Teaching and Learning.

Judith leads on the development, implementation, coordination and reporting of SATLE projects and activities, aligned to institutional and national strategic and thematic priorities.
Mr Aidan Curran
Projects & Engagement Officer
Aidan works on a variety of Teaching and Learning projects, policies and communication activities. He can be contacted in relation to the UCD Teaching and Learning website, Community and Newsletter, particularly in relation to sharing teaching practice.
Ms Claire Deighan
Programme Administrator
Claire is Programme Administrator for the accredited programmes in University Teaching and Learning and can be contacted for further information about the programmes or assistance once enrolled. Claire also acts as first point of contact for general enquiries to the unit.
Ms Yulia Baturova
T&L Projects Assistant
Yulia looks after administrative processes and procedures associated with the HEA-National Forum Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund and other Teaching and Learning projects.
Ms Leone Gately
Educational Technology Coordinator
Leone works with colleagues to coordinate institutional technology enhanced learning expertise and resources. She leads and contributes to projects which support digital skills development, digital curriculum design/development ensuring educational technologies are used in pedagogically effective ways.
Dr Sheena Hyland
Lecturer in Educational Development
Sheena is an Assistant Professor in Educational Development. She teaches on the University Teaching and Learning programme and has a particular interest in the areas of assessment, inclusive and intercultural learning in higher education.
Mr David Jennings
Lecturer in Educational Technology
David is an Assistant Professor in Educational Technology and an Educational Developer. David teaches on the University Teaching and Learning programme and has a particular focus on support for early career academics. He also provides modules and workshops for tutors and post-doctoral students.
Assoc Prof Geraldine O’Neill
Teaching Development Officer
Geraldine is an Associate Professor and Educational Developer and is Programme Director of the accredited programmes in University Teaching and Learning. Her key role is to support faculty in the design, implementation and evaluation of their programmes and modules. She has particular expertise in assessment and feedback approaches.
