Lost/stolen UCARD's
Continuing Student and Lost your UCARD?
It is important that you report a lost or stolen UCARD immediately to the UCARD Office in the Library Building. There is a fee of €30 for replacing lost cards.
'UCARD Bureau does not accept cash. If there is a replacement cost a charge will be made against your UCARD, Please ensure that you have sufficient balance on your UCARD account before requesting a replacement card'.
If your card has been stolen, please bring a Garda Report verifying that it was stolen to the UCARD Office and they will replace it free of charge. Click here for details of the on-campus Garda Office.

Please Note
If you have money on your UCARD and have lost or had it stolen log onto your SISWeb account and hotlist your card as soon as possible to block your card and avoid anyone else from using the money on your UCARD.
