The Unified Support Model is about driving consistency and high quality in the services you experience, as a student, staff member or member of the public. 

Since the USM project began in September 2018, over 450,000 individual UniShare interactions have been recorded, each containing information on what service was being accessed, where and by whom. Over 150,000 queries have been submitted through office connectors, powered by Wufoo, representing a potential reduction of approximately 350,000 email interactions.
