Associate Professor Lisa Katz's Research Group Creates Video Abstract for Equine Veterinary Journal

Associate Professor Lisa Katz (American/European Specialist in Equine Internal Medicine and Section Head, Veterinary Biosciences Section) and her research group were recently asked to create a video abstract for the Equine Veterinary Journal (EVJ).  The video abstract is based on a paper by a former PhD student, Charlotte McGivney.  The paper, entitled 'Intra‐ and interobserver reliability estimates for identification and grading of upper respiratory tract abnormalities recorded in horses at rest and during overground endoscopy,' was one of Dr McGivney's papers from her PhD and it was originally published in the EVJ in 2017.

Dr McGivney and Associcate Professor Katz were subsequently asked to create a video abstract of this work for publication in the EVJ, as well as to submit the paper for a literary award for original work accepted for publication in the EVJ in 2015/2016/2017.
