NOTE: All proposals will go through an approval process - please see the notes below >>

NB: Sessions and papers can be proposed for existing themes, OR independently to be placed into the Programme as it develops.

Final confirmation of accepted papers / posters will be provided by 14th March 2008. Participants requiring early notification of the acceptance of their proposal into the Programme for funding purposes should contact wac6programme@ucd.ie

Approval Process for Papers

1. All potential paper presenters must complete and submit the online paper proposal form due 22nd February (see link above). Anyone who has already sent a paper proposal by email to wac6programme@ucd.ie or directly to session organisers must also fill in the online form.
2. Proposals will be collated by the Programme Coordinator, and they will soon be made accessible to each session organizing team on a secure webpage, for their review.
3. Session organisers will use the secure webpage to assign PRELIMINARY APPROVAL for acceptance of the papers into their session, or make other recommendations and comments. If they wish to request a revised paper abstract, they should contact the paper proposer directly, and then email the revised abstract to wac6programme@ucd.ie.
4. Independent paper proposals not related to existing sessions will be reviewed by the Programme Committee.
5. The Programme Committee will review all paper proposals after February 22nd, and assign FINAL APPROVAL or make other recommendations.
6. Approved papers will then be added to the online Programme on the WAC-6 website.
