Dublin 12 Parents' Education Forum 

UCD Future You Mentoring aims to increase progression to Higher Education in areas with low university participation rates. The UCD Future You Mentoring Programme runs in 17 schools in South Dublin including Rosary College, St. Kevin's College, and Greenhills College. 

You’re invited to the UCD Future You Parents and Guardians Community Workshop in Walkinstown Library on Monday 6th October, from 7pm-8pm for a talk on Understanding the CAO & the points system.

Hosted by UCD Access & Lifelong Learning and our local Parents’ Education Forum, this Workshop is for parents and guardians of 6th year school pupils. It will give you a clear and easy to understand overview of how your son/daughter will use the CAO (Central Application Office) to apply to college courses, what points are and how they are calculated, and how college places are allocated.  Understanding the CAO process will allow you to better support your child in their journey to college.

Dublin 24 Parents' Education Forum 

The UCD Future You Mentoring Programme aims to increase progression to Higher Education in areas with low univeristy participation rates. This programme runs in 17 schools in South Dublin including Killinarden Community School, St. Aidan's Community School, Mount Seskin Community College, Tallaght Community School. 

We are looking for parents/guardians from Dublin 24 who are interested in learning more about accessing college & college supports to help their children, and in becoming peer leaders for other parents in the community.

Parents who volunteer to take part in the UCD Future You Education Forum will receive training to support members of their community in making college choices and applications.
