Dr Emily Mark-FitzGerald's 'Remembering and Commemorating the Irish Famine' Research Impact Study was published on (opens in a new window)Irish Humanities Alliance website in March 2017. It was the first of two launched on the Alliance’s ‘Impact Case Studies’ section which aims to document the wider social, economic and cultural impact of humanities research carried out in Ireland. These case studies cover a diverse range of projects demonstrating how deep and wide-ranging the impact of humanities research can be.
