The UCD College of Arts and Humanities has the largest concentration of expertise in the humanities anywhere in Ireland, and the largest and most vibrant graduate community. The College offers a range of diverse and exciting graduate programmes, leading to a Graduate Diploma (GradDip), Masters (MA, MLitt, MMus) or Doctoral Degree (PhD).

How to apply

The University operates an online applications system. For research students (MLitt/PhD), we would strongly advise you to contact a potential supervisor to discuss the viability of your dissertation/thesis in advance of submitting your application.

Full-Time or Part-Time

The vast majority of our programmes are available on a full-time or part-time basis. Please note, however, that we do not currently offer any evening graduate programmes.
