Raymon Floyd Principe

I’m a molecular biology graduate from TU Dublin that obtained MEngSc Biopharmaceutical Engineering in 2019 from UCD. I have a well-versed technical and research laboratory background working in diverse research-funded projects such as stem cell, prostate & breast cancer research. I have worked with a wide range of biological models including in vitro cell cultures and bacteria. I am currently studying for a doctoral degree under Dr. Susan McDonnell in UCD School of Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering for my personal study interest in production host cells used in biopharmaceuticals. My doctoral project highlights the role of the autophagy process in bioprocessing with Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells.
