Undergraduate Electives

The UCD Centre for Humanitarian Action offers a general elective module for undergraduate students.

General electives give undergraduates the chance to study modules from outside their programme area. UCD's Centre for Humanitarian Action gives students, from all disciplines, the opportunity to explore the many issues, functions and challenges humanitarian and development workers face when dealing with both human and natural crises.

This general elective is an introduction to the contemporary approaches to aid and relief work and will explore the many challenges the sector faces during times of global crises.

Please find more information about the module and register to it (opens in a new window)here
