Special Museum Tours

CHAGS13 are delighted to be working with two of Dublin’s most impressive museums to offer two custom tours for delegates. Because we are a very large group and because of capacity issues, numbers for these tours are restricted and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Please note, these tours are subject to all required public health guidelines.

Sign up as part of the registration process!

The tours are on the evening of Wed 29th June at 7pm. Delegates will be required to travel from UCD to central Dublin where the museums are located (multiple options available, and we will provide instructions.)

National Museum of Ireland (NMI). This is Ireland’s leading archaeological museum and amongst many things, features Mesolithic material, including the wonderful Clowanstown fish traps. (Located on Kildare Street)

Museum of Irish Literature (MoLI): this new museum of literature has an especial focus on Ireland’s literary heritage past and present. (located on St Stephen’s Green)

Many thanks to our friends in MoLI and NMI for making this possible.
