CHAGS13 Registration Fees

You can now register and book your accommodation for CHAGS13 on our registration system here! Please note: the automated UCD receipt is not itemised. An itemised receipt will be emailed to you within 2 working days. Please be aware that a transaction for multiple registrations (e.g. a group of people) purchased at the same time will be issued a single receipt. This receipt will detail each registration and/or accommodation booking, but only the name and surname of the purchaser - not of their guest(s). A receipt with a different name (e.g. for refunding purposes) can only be generated with a separate transaction i.e. log in with a new account and buy another registration.

Registration fees for CHAGS include the full five days of conference; morning and afternoon tea/coffee/snacks and lunch; and one year’s subscription to ISHGR. Conference packs will include a printed programme, reusable mug and water bottle. Conference T-Shirts will be available for purchase at point of in person registration. Details to follow.

Registration fees do not include accommodation. An option for on-campus accommodation at €75 per night is available. A wide range of alternative accommodation options are available in Dublin. Please note on campus accommodation is single occupancy only and does not include breakfast.

Registration fees for CHAGS13 are ramped – we are asking those who can potentially afford a little bit more to do so, to help cover costs for those who might find this more challenging.

Full details of the conference dinner to follow shortly.

If there is sufficient demand for a post conference fieldtrip this will involve a small extra fee.

Fees are divided into eight categories:

Institutional Payment: where a research grant or employer covers the cost of registration. Please use this if possible!
