CHAGS13 Registration Fees

Registration fees for CHAGS include the full five days of conference; morning and afternoon tea/coffee/snacks and lunch; and one year’s subscription to ISHGR. Conference packs will include a printed programme, reusable mug and water bottle. Conference T-Shirts will be available for purchase at point of registration.

Registration fees do not include accommodation. An option for on campus accommodation at €75 per night will be provided when registration opens. A wide range of alternative accommodation options are available in Dublin, and links to key providers will be made available shortly.

Registration fees for CHAGS13 are ramped – we are asking those who can potentially afford a little bit more to do so, to help cover costs for those who might find this more challenging. Fees are divided into six categories

Full details of the conference dinner to follow shortly.

If there is sufficient demand for a post conference fieldtrip this will involve a small extra fee.

Fees are divided into six categories:

Institutional Payment: where a research grant or employer covers the cost of registration. Please use this if possible!

Student: registered postgraduate or undergraduate student

LMIC: delegates from Lower/Lower Middle Income Countries as determined by the World Bank for background see here and classification by country see here. We have a small number of bursaries to further support the attendance of delegates from LMIC countries. Details to follow.
