Project

Project Title: Design and development of an injectable hydrogel loaded with exosomes derived of AD-SCs for treatment of chronic skin wounds

Thematic Area: Wound Healing and Wound Care

Focus of Research: Chronic Wound Healing

Group Team members:  Rijian Song, Sigen  A

Overview: The aim of my project is to develop a kind of injectable hydrogel system from hyperbranched polymers obtained from controlled/living polymerization approach which can function as a novel delivery niche improving the delivery efficiency of exosomes derived from ADSCs and while enhancing its regulation of macrophages, ultimately enhancing the therapeutic outcome of diabetic chronic wounds.
