Site Visit to New UCD Institute

A new Chinese 'temple-style' building is being constructed on the UCD Belfield campus, which will house the Confucius Institute. There are around 450 Confucius Institutes around the world, but this is the first time the Chinese government has part-funded the construction of an Institute. The photo shows a group of UCD School of Civil Engineering students on a site visit during the construction of the UCD Confucius Institute.
