Welcome to 1st year Engineering Students

On Wednesday the 3rd September, the School of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering welcomed the new first year engineering students to UCD. The students were addressed by Dr. Mark Richardson, the Head of School, Dr. David Fitzpatrick, the Dean, and a number of employers who spoke to them about the exciting opportunities that await in a career in civil engineering: Mr. John Fleming from Jacobs, Mr. Joe Seymour from AECOM, Mr. Ray Snowdon from Microsoft, Mr. Paul Quigley from Arup, Mr. Ian Crehan from O'Connor Sutton Cronin, Mr. Larry O'Toole from RPS and Mr. Seamus Mac Gearailt from Roughan O'Donovan.
