Digital Literacy and Technological Transformations
This project aims to equip learners with key digital literacy skills that are essential to study and work in rapidly evolving online environments.
The project has created a self-paced online course, Digital Skills for Success in the Workplace. Learners who complete the course will develop the following digital literacy skills for academic and professional success:
- Understanding digital identities and ethical practices in online professional contexts
- Creating and sharing digital information and data in an ethical manner, including an understanding of the risks and benefits of using Artificial Intelligence tools in higher education and workplace contexts
- Thinking critically about the online environments in which they participate by evaluating digital information and data effectively
- Collaborating in content creation in digital spaces safely and effectively
