Employee Engagement Network

The Employee Engagement Network and supporting framework has been developed to encourage local engagement initiatives, coordinate these across the University and share best practice, ultimately enhancing UCD’s culture. The supporting framework facilitates the alignment of activity with University objectives. The aim is to develop a culture and environment where UCD will be better able to provide a supportive community for all colleagues and attract talented individuals to work across the University.
