Healthy UCD On Campus Activities
It’s been a while since we were able to offer in person exercise classes, so Culture & Engagement and Healthy UCD are delighted, in conjunction with UCD Sport and Fitness, to pilot three in-person classes this trimester. If you can’t make these we still have an online offering from last year available, see link below.
Healthy UCD Bootcamp
Running every Tuesday and Thursdays at lunchtimes, these classes, for all levels of fitness, will incorporate arms/abs and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and a variety of other fitness exercises that will burn fat, improve fitness and energy levels.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (2 November to 9 December 2021)
1Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 1:10pm for 40 minutes
Venue: Hall, UCD Sports Centre
Fee: €20

Healthy UCD Yoga
Our ever popular yoga class will return with a beginners class taking place every Wednesday.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (3 November to 8 December 2021)
Time: 13:10 for 40 minutes
Venue: Studio 3, UCD Sports Centre

Healthy UCD Learn to Swim
We are delighted to be able to pilot for the first time learn to swim classes in the UCD Pool.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (28 October to 2 December 2021) Plus another 6 weeks in January for further fee of €20.
