Supports
Mental Health First Aid Peer Support
This Peer Support group was established in 2020 to support employees who may be feeling overwhelmed at any stage of their lives or are concerned about their mental health and wellbeing. They provide non-judgemental, confidential support and information to employees on a strictly confidential basis and are available should you wish to make contact with them to have a chat and find out more about supports that are available if needed. All members of this Peer Support Group have been trained in Mental Health First Aid.

Dignity & Respect Contact Persons
These colleagues act as a listening ear and provides non-directive and non-judgemental support and information to employees (and students) experiencing difficulties of a bullying, harassment and/or sexual harassment nature on a strictly confidential basis. They will provide information on the range of informal options and supports available and also explain the formal procedures.

Report & Support
All members of the University Community have the right to study or work in an environment free from bullying, harassment and sexual harassment. Students, staff and visitors to UCD can report anonymously through the UCD Report and Support tool.
