Priorities:
- To have oversight of EDI related research and curriculum activities across the University
- To review, promote and coordinate provision of EDI related topics within undergraduate and graduate curricula
- To identify priority areas for research and curriculum in the area of EDI
- To engage with the EDI Seed Funding and to encourage proposals
- To promote collaboration across the University on EDI research proposals
- To address institutional-process issues around research and education from an EDI perspective
- To mainstream EDI into policies that impact research and the curriculum
- To ensure those applying for research proposals and involved in the curriculum are trained in gender requirements
- To use the outputs of research and educational programmes to inform actions in the EDI strategic action plan in order to support the achievement of best practice
