Uploading Data for Student and Fee Planning
Almost all of a Finance Manager's interaction with Student and Fee Planning is online, but there are some circumstances where data may be provided for uploading:
- Uploading Registration information provided by a Head of School via the Registrations Template
- See here to download and to find out how to use the Registrations Template
- When completed, paste the data into the Bulk Uploads spreadsheet for it to be uploaded;
- Requesting a New Major to be set up, and providing minimal information about the Major so that it will appear within your plan
- Enter the Major code and associated info in the Bulk Uploads spreadsheet (sheet A - Majors)
- Indicate whether the major is to be created only, set as a Key Major only (relevant for an existing major) or created and set as a Key Major;
- Majors will be setup overnight;
- Providing a set of data to be uploaded in bulk overnight
