Often this information can be misleading and, in some instances, harmful to people’s health. For the average person, it is difficult to know whether this information is fact or fiction.
As an international leader in food and health research, part of our work is communicating sound, factual scientific-based evidence. Our free public lecture series is designed to share our expert knowledge on the role of food and health in an accessible and understandable way.
