Geary Masterclass, Social Network Analysis
In a two-session masterclass, Assoc Prof Taha Yasseri (UCD Sociology & Geary) will introduce the basic concepts in social network analysis through a lecture followed by a hands-on workshop. With the ever increasing volume of network data in different domains, social network analysis has become an essential tool in social science research.

Formerly, he was a Senior Research Fellow in Computational Social Science at the University of Oxford, a Turing Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and a Research Fellow in Humanities and Social Sciences at Wolfson College.
