2018 Healthy UCD Step Challenge‌

After the success of the 2017 Healthy UCD Step Challenge, Healthy UCD & Culture and Engagement HR are delighted to announce this new step challenge to kick start your year! Over 6 weeks your team of up to 6 people can record your daily activity (walking, running, cycling and swimming) to improve your health. The challenge is free, open to all fitness levels and is a great way to connect with colleagues across UCD.

After feedback from the previous challenge, there will be two new challenges also throughout the 6 weeks and prizes! Keep an eye out on our social media pages (Twitter, Facebook & Instagram) for more details in the coming weeks.

Registration has now CLOSED for the challenge. The challenge officially begins on Monday 29th January and finishes on Sunday 11th March.
