Stretch your way to a productive day at UCD!

As part of promoting health & wellbeing on campus, UCD Sport and Fitness are providing a series of 15-minute, start-your-day, gentle stretching exercise classes twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Classes run from 8:40am to 8:55am on the 4th Floor Atrium, UCD O'Brien Centre for Science up to mid-December and are free of charge with no booking required. #HealthyUCD
