Free Introductory Yoga Class for Staff!
Healthy UCD and UCD Sport and Fitness are delighted to annouce a new introductory yoga class for UCD staff.
When: Thursday 1st November from 1.05pm-1.50pm for 4 weeks
Where: NT2 (Newman/Arts Building) – enter through the main doors at Newman, go down the stairs on the left-hand side and the room is on the left.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a bottle of water and a towel (if possible). Also bring a yoga mat if you have one but mats will be provided on the day.
There are so many benefits to yoga; improves posture, builds muscle strength, improves flexibility, increases blood flow, relaxation and stress reduction, improves bone health, improves balance, helps you sleep deeper, reduces tension in the limbs…the list goes on!
