A central focus of the Culture and Engagement team is the enablement of a working environment and culture where all faculty and staff can grow and achieve their full potential.  The specific deliverables of the team include:

  • Ongoing development and roll-out of an employee engagement strategy
  • Oversight of the design and delivery of employee surveys and associated local action plans
  • Embedding best practice internal communications systems
  • Championing of equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Enhancement of a progressive employee relations climate and development of associated policies and practices

These deliverables will be achieved through collaboration with other areas of the University to build a sense of community and to make UCD a great place to work, grow and develop.
