Dr Katie Mishler

Dr. Katie Mishler recently graduated from UCD, where, as an Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholar, she completed her PhD on the relationship between the modernism of James Joyce and the nineteenth-century Irish gothic writing of Sheridan Le Fanu, Oscar Wilde, and George Egerton. She is currently an Occasional Lecturer and Tutor in the UCD School of English, Drama, and Film, and an Instructor in the UCD Writing Centre. She is also the inaugural Editorial Fellow for the Irish University Review, and the Research Assistant for the Spenser Review.  She is currently working on projects involving James Joyce and Feminism, Gothic Dublin, and contemporary women's writing.
