Eibhlín is a PhD student in the School of Civil Engineering and the School of Agriculture and Food Science in UCD. She completed her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science in Trinity College Dublin in the year 2020. Eibhlín's PhD will focus on hydrological and sediment monitoring, hydrological modelling, assessment of the intensity of soil disturbance by forest operations as well as testing the effectiveness of mitigation measures in minimising soil disturbance. She is passionate about environmental protection and conservation and is keen to contribute the findings of this research to the scientific world while developing her skills and interests throughout the course of her PhD.
