Dear Colleagues,

The Data Centre in the Daedalus building requires an upgrade this summer. This work is provisionally scheduled to begin at 13:00 Tuesday 7th June with services restored late Friday 10th June.

During this time access to Research services in the Data Centre will be unavailable and there will also be a moderate "at risk" to ALL other IT services. (Prior to this planned outage we will be in direct contact with all of our Research customers to inform them of the services affected.)

Could you let us know if the proposed timeframe for this work poses any foreseeable problems and we will look at re-scheduling if so.
