Password self service

In 2017, as part of our continuous drive to empower our customers and to streamline the delivery of services, UCD IT Services introduced Password Self Service.
This service enables you, the account holder, to reset a lost or forgotten UCD Connect password without requiring intervention from the IT Helpdesk.

Using the service will send a secure password reset link to your personal email address.  
It is very important, therefore, that you verify that your non UCD personal email address is correct and update it if not. To verify/update your details:

  • Login to Infohub through UCD Connect
  • Click My Profile and then My Email Preferences
  • Verify your existing non UCD email address or enter a new non UCD personal email address
  • Click Submit to save changes
