Student Registration & Records
The Student Registration & Records function encompasses the systems and reporting that support Registry in UCD. These include Student Record Management, Student Registration, Class Lists, Student Electronic Documents Management, Fees & Grants Management, Collaborative Programme Management, Conferring Management, and Student Contact Relationship Management (CRM).
The Contact Relationship Management system is used to record all interaction with a given student, including online, telephone or in person. It gives details of the student's academic information, recruitment leads and enquiries, applications, events, scholarships and email history.Read More
