Company Secretarial Services
The Director of Legal Services fulfils the following company secretarial services:
- Where a company is wholly-owned by UCD, Director of Legal Services will act in the role of Company Secretary.
- The office also provides general company advice to University Officers, University Company Directors or NovaUCD
