The ENCODE consortium is a UCD-led Horizon Europe MSCA Doctoral Network that will focus on mathematical fundamentals of coding theory and applications to security, privacy and efficiency of distributed communication and computation. The consortium consists of seven academic partners and five companies on the cutting edge of cybersecurity. The doctoral network offers a structured PhD programme based on joint, inter-institutional supervision, core research, training modules, and industry secondments.
