Dr. Maria Katsikogianni won the Wiley Best Poster award at the ESB's 24th European Conference on Biomaterials, held at the Dublin Convention Centre September 5-8th. The title of her poster was "Enhancing Cell Adhesion on 1 mm Internal Diameter Microwell Cell Arrays Using Atmospheric Plasma Jet Treatments". In total there were 5 poster prizes awarded for the >100 posters presented over the 3 days of the conference. The other paper authors in addition to myself were Anthony Davies and Peadar Mac Gabhann (both from BioCroi Ltd)
