Launch of new programme – UCD Graduate Diploma in Primary Care Nursing Practice

We are delighted to have launched the new UCD Graduate Diploma in Primary Care Nursing Practice programme at the Kevin Barry Gallery, Charles Institute, UCD Dublin on 30 March 2023. The programme will be led by a cross-disciplinary team from UCD School of Medicine and UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems. There was a great representation at the launch event, from across the Schools, ICGP, Sláintecare and the Department of Health. Special mention to Professor Walter Cullen, Head of Subject (General Practice), UCD School of Medicine, who played a critical role in the steering group.

Applications open on 1st April for the first 60 fully funded primary care students who will be starting in September 2023.

Congratulations to all involved.
