UCD Welcomes Alumni to Homecoming Christmas Reception  

Dr Art Cosgrove, President of University College Dublin, welcomed over 200 UCD graduates and their guests who travelled home for the Christmas holidays, to a reception in Newman House, on Monday 23 December 2002.

The Alumni from home and abroad, included graduates, some of whom travelled from America, Australia, the West Indies, Hong Kong, Russia, Europe and the UK. They enjoyed mulled wine, mince pies and were entertained by the Pim Street Quartet. Among those who attended were  Dr Brian Kennedy, Director of the National Gallery of Australia.
