Bloomsday Centenary Public 
Lecture Series

Dr Frank McGuinness delivered a lecture entitled 'Ibsen and Joyce' on Thursday 3 June in The Physics Theatre, Newman House, St Stephen's Green as part of the Bloomsday Centenary Public Lecture Series organised by the UCD Faculty of Arts.

Frank McGuinness was born in Buncrana, on the Inishowen Peninsula, County Donegal, in 1953. He is a playwright, poet and lecturer in the School of English at UCD where he is currently Writer in Residence. Frank has written a significant body of original work as well as adapting classics by Lorca, Ibsen, Chekov and Brecht.
