Visit to UCD by the Chancellor of the University of Helsinki
Prof. Ilkka Niiniluoto, the Chancellor of the University of Helsinki, Finland, visited UCD on 21 January 2010. He is pictured, below, with Dr. Hugh Brady, President of University College Dublin. Prof. Prof. Niiniluoto is also a philosopher, and presented a paper entitled 'In defence of scientific realism' to the UCD School of Philosophy.
