Why Study Data Analytics?

This means it's becoming more and more essential to know data fundamentals regardless of the industry you work in.
Who are these courses for?
These courses are for anyone with a passion for data, who want to expand their skills in data gathering and analysing to answer the hard-hitting questions they face in their roles. Almost every organisation has a growing need for data analysts. You will find opportunities in a wide range of sectors, from global tech companies to banking, from healthcare to retail.
Do I need to know how to code?
We have two types of course in The Analytics Collection: Code and Non-Code.
Non-Code courses do not require any coding skills. You will learn within platforms which allow you to access and manipulate data using standard excel processes, or the interactive “drag and drop” environment of Tableau.
Coding Courses require the use of a programming language, typically Python. Python is considered one of the most accessible languages to learn, and our courses will walk you through the learning process. A general understanding of programming concepts is also useful. With practice, you’ll soon be writing your own code.
Do I need to be good at maths?
Whilst there is no mathematics entry requirement for this course, a basic understanding of mathematical concepts would be beneficial.
What payment options are available?
A place on any of our part-time & on demand courses can be secured with a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due within 30 days of the course commencing.
