Our Professional Academy Diploma in Advanced Photoshop is designed for those who have some familiarity with Photoshop (or similar tools) and are looking to step up to the next level. You will learn how to use more advanced tools and techniques, as well as how to automate and batch process common tasks for greater efficiency and time management. An Adobe Creative Cloud licence is required to use these tools and is not provided in the course fee.
What are the courses like?
These courses consist of live online lectures, delivered via Zoom. Learners are encouraged to turn on their cameras and microphones to participate in each class. You will have the opportunity to engage with your lecturer and your classmates. Each week your lecturer will teach you about the various tools and techniques you’ll need to complete your project and build your portfolio.

Specific tools will vary by course. We recommend the following:

For Digital Media Design, you will learn the following applications, which can be accessed for free, or for a small fee:

Canva (free version, or €11.99 per month)
Affinity Designer (30 day free trial, once-off €54.99 fee)
Adobe Premier Rush (free)
For Graphic Design and Advanced Photoshop, you will need an Adobe Creative Cloud licence to use these tools. Licence fees are not included in the course fee. Adobe Creative Cloud licences can be purchased directly from Adobe.
Your computer should also have a microphone and webcam in order to participate in the weekly live online lectures, delivered via Zoom.
