About Tracy O’Brien:

A Psychologist with over 20 years board level and generalist HR and business leadership experience, Tracy works with senior teams to develop business strategy and improve the effectiveness of the team. Her career in business and HR saw her lead a Company to international accreditation as best employers under her strategic and operational vision and execution.

Tracy is currently an subject matter expert on the UCD Professional Academy Diploma in HR Management, Professional Academy Specialist Diploma in HR Management, and Professional Academy Diploma in Leadership & Management. Tracy is a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and is an active member of the MII (Mediation Institute of Ireland), the IOD (Institute of Directors) and EAWOP (European Association of Work & Organisation Psychology). Tracy is also a member of the judging panel for the European Business Awards and is a member of the Advisory Council of Digital Business Ireland.
