Dr Garrett Ryan holds a Doctorate in Training and Education and a Masters in Training and Education Leadership.

He has a broad lecturing portfolio at Master and Undergraduate level, including at UCD Professional Academy. Topics include Leadership & Management, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Training and Education, Innovation Management, Organisational Politics, Research Design, Globalisation Strategy and Technology development.

Prior to returning to academia, he held a number of leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies and overseas. Amassing 18 years of experience spanning Learning and Development, Talent Management, Manufacturing and Electronic engineering roles.
