Biography

Jiayuan joined UCD in 2011 as a full-time PhD student, and is expected to graduate in summer 2015. She holds a B.A. and a M.A. in Economics from Renmin University of China, and her PhD research focuses on market microstructure. She has been co-lecturer of Corporate Finance, tutor of Financial Econometrics and Portfolio&Risk Management at UCD since 2012, and guest speaker in several international academic conferences and workshops. She also has several full-time internship experiences at various international financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley (London, Jun-Nov 2013), Standard&Poors (Beijing, May-Aug 2011) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Beijing, Jul-Aug 2010).
