UCD Centre for Corporate Governance
To meet the growing educational needs of company directors, the UCD Centre for Corporate Governance was established in 2002. The Centre runs occasional short courses for Irish company directors.
The Centre also offers Customised Courses which are tailor-made for the needs of the Board of Directors of individual companies. These courses are co-designed by the Academic Director of the Centre, Prof Niamh Brennan, and your Board of Directors.
The Diploma in Corporate Governance, Ireland’s gold-standard qualification, is a one-year, part-time accredited programme leading to a UCD qualification in corporate governance.
The Centre's research faculty actively promotes research in corporate governance and publishes papers and reports on a wide variety of corporate governance topics. The Academic Director of the Centre is Professor Niamh Brennan, Michael MacCormac Professor of Management, UCD College of Business.
