Studio Residences

The village studios are our latest residential village offering and are situated on the main UCD campus in Belfield.

The studios are spread across 5 floors featuring a mix of north and south facing views. In total there are 55 double occupancy village studios which mean two residents will share the studio between them and therefore share the bedroom/bathroom and shared living area.

PLEASE NOTE - The village studios are currently only bookable as twin occupancy meaning, two residents sharing the spaces. The studios will currently only be bookable as either male or female sharing, unless two students request directly to share regardless of gender.
