The Centre of Excellence in the New Political Economy of Europe based at SPIRe has a podcast series. For this episode, PhD student at the Centre Jorge Tamames talks to Professor David Farrell, head of SPIRe about his research on Ireland's referenda and constitutional reform processes, which in recent years have become an international model for students of deliberative democracy.
