Request a Student Ucard 


Request a Student Ucard:

1) Using your UCDconnect email account, email a passport style photo

Please put your student number in the email subject field



2) Please ensure you have completed the necessary prerequisites to ensure your Ucard can be printed. (see below for details)


3) The Ucard Bureau will email you when your Ucard is ready for collection. 

Ucards can be collected from the Ucard Bureau, we are based in the Copi Print shop in the JK section of the Newman building.




All students are required to complete the following prerequisites as soon as possible to ensure their Ucard can be Printed.

1)     Confirm your UCD student registration

1) Log in to your student profile on SISWeb,

2) Click on the ‘My Registration’’ icon,

3) Accept the UCD Terms and Conditions

4) Return to ‘My Registration’ and

5) Click the ‘Confirm Registration’ button

2)       Students must upload a photo to their profile on SISWeb.
